Following the development of weaving industry and polyamide fiber Industry, the group had extended actively to operating property industry according to “three five layouts” development outlines and “three certain three forward” developing strategy by way of share controling or purchasing the shares of many hotels and office building in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Yiwu, Qindao and so on. For Example Shanghai Huaneng Joint Building,Jinxi Hotel Etc.

In 2006, the group began to programme the preparing project of “Jinxi Hotel” in Jinxi development Zone Jinhua city. Jinxi Hotel is a four star comprehensive business hotel integrated with food, housing, meeting affair, leisure, entertainment, which is one of the “2006 Ten Crucial Construction Projects” of Jinhua Jinxi development zone.The starting up of this project indicated the operating property industry of the group moved into a bran-new development phase.
